About 5 Little Birds
5 Little Birds grows with the player – I love this! To play, select a challenge – starter, junior, expert, master, or wizard – and place all birds inside the tree so that their position matches the information given in the hints!
This game is perfect for children five and up!
The game includes:
- 1 wooden tree
- 5 clip-on birds
- 1 booklet with 60 challenges and solutions
How to Play
- Select a challenge from the booklet. Challenges show hints about the correct position of the 5 birds inside the tree.
- Place all birds inside the tree, so that their position matches the information given in the hints!
- There is only one solution for each challenge, shown at the back of the challenge booklet.
The base easily attaches to the tree and the birds clip right onto the tree branches.
Who is This Game For?
This game is for ages 5 to adult. Miss 6 and 8 loved this game and enjoyed working through the challenges. They also had fun simply playing creatively with the game pieces!
Why We Love 5 Little Birds
The game is very well made! The tree is made of beautiful, solid wood and the base of the tree and birds are made of durable plastic. The challenge booklet is made of sturdy glossy paper and is bound with a durable spiral-style coil. These will no doubt hold up to years of play!
Not only is 5 Little Birds a visually appealing game but it will also hone your problem-solving, logic, and spatial abilities. We love it when games are educational as well as fun!
We have several Smart Games but this one is so unique! We love that the birds clip onto the tree branches – great for working on those motor skills!
I love that it is simple to learn to play and the challenges are both doable and challenging.
The illustrations in the challenge booklet are simple and the game pieces are adorably fun and very easy to use.
I would highly recommend this game to anyone with young children, grandchildren, or anyone wanting to keep their brain sharp!
We love that this game can be played by a single player but can also be used together. In addition to playing this game as designed, you could also use it as free play. It can easily be stored away in the closet, in a diaper bag, or in a back-of-seat-organizer in the car!
