Hello and welcome to The Art Kit! I’m Dana!

I’m a mom to four little ones who love arts and crafts, imaginative play, baking, making messes, and having fun.

I love organizing, simplifying, and decorating and have an educational background in interior design, home staging, redesign, and digital media design. I’m a homebody who loves to get out for walks in the sunshine with the kids. Going for a nature walk with the sun on my back, spending the afternoon with my family, is one of my favorite ways to spend time.

I also absolutely love making printables and am inspired by my children and their interests. We’re always to up to something new so be sure to bookmark our site and visit often.

I also love sharing freebies and money saving deals. I shop sales year round to keep the gift closet stocked and always share my great finds with you!

If you’ve followed us for awhile, you know that The Art Kit began as themed art kits but it has grown to so much more since those early days and we are truly honored and delighted you have chosen to take a glimpse into our art filled days. It is our hope that we have inspired you to bring more creativity into your world and the world of your children.
