If you’ve been an Art Kit follower for a while, you know how much we love our doughs. Homemade playdough, store-bought Play-Doh, slime, clay, we love it all! We thought we’d tried them all but then the kids heard about this magical dough that never drys out, is fluffy and moldable all at the same time, comes in many different fun colors, and was just all-around dough perfection. Well, of course, we had to try it! Today we’re excited to share our Mad Mattr review and the ten reasons you’ll love this fabulous dough.
What You’ll Need
- Mad Mattr
- Safari Toob Kits
- Cookie cutters
Mad Mattr Review
Our first impression of Mad Mattr was that it was light and fluffy and so easy to mold and shape. We set our blue Mad Mattr out along with some fun accessories, such as a few of our Safari Toob sets, some cookie cutters, ice cream cones, and clay tools.
Apparently, our invitation to play with Mad Mattr was so inviting that Miss 19 months couldn’t wait to sink her fingers into it. Not that we blame her – we were excited to try out this new dough too!
Once we started playing with the Mad Mattr, we all had such a blast!
It felt so good in our hands and was very relaxing to work with.
The kids loved using it alongside our sea figurines.
It was also the perfect dough to make impressions in.
This dough was also easy to sculpt and shape with and held its form very well.
When pulled apart, it became very fluffy, which made it fun to pull apart and then squeeze back together to form different shapes.
