Jewel Art Poster: Timberdoodle Review

Jungle Paradise Jewel Art Poster is a super fun activity for kids that invites them to transform a jungle scene into a sparkling masterpiece.
Your child will have 600 colorful gems (in resealable containers!) to choose from! The colors are bright and really bring the jungle scene to life.
Did I mention the poster is over two feet in length?! It’s plenty big for several children to work on at a time.
How does it work?
To use it, simply peel off the transparent cover and press the gems on the sticky spots. The sticky spots are easy to find and what I really love is that the rest of the poster isn’t sticky so no need to worry about getting your hand stuck on the page while you work. 😆
Your child can place any gem on the spots that they’d like so they can get creative!
Another aspect that I really love (and that I haven’t seen anywhere else) is that the transparent cover is perforated around each animal so your child can work on one animal at a time! Or, remove a few sections if multiple children will be working on it at once.
Miss 7, 8, 12, and 14 all enjoyed this activity!
We love arts and crafts – especially the colorful, sparkly ones 😆 – so they had a blast with this!
And, since it isn’t messy, it’s a great activity for the younger kids to work on while you help your children during school, for example, or for those summer days.
This also helps build fine-motor skills!
I also love that it invites conversation –
- “What color gem is that?”
- “What shape is that?”
- “Which animal is your favorite?”
- “Should we learn a few facts about that animal?”
- “What sound does that animal make?”
- “How many gems did you use?”
- “How do you spell that animal?”
- “Where does that animal live?”
Sounds great, right?
