Who are these Puzzles for?
These alphabet puzzles are geared towards children ages 3-6.
Miss just turned 6 enjoyed putting the puzzle together and then had fun matching the animals on the puzzles to her wooden animals – which made for a fun scavenger hunt!
You could also use these puzzles to work on alphabetical order. Give your child three or more completed puzzles and invite them to place them in the correct alphabetical order. This would be a great activity for older children as well!
Or, ask your child to spell words with the puzzles – such as cat, dog, hop, and so on.
You could even say a letter sound and ask your child to give you the letter that makes that sound!
The illustrations on the puzzle cards are so cute! They mind me a lot of this book!
These animal alphabet puzzles are a great resource to help lay the foundation for future reading success!
If you have preschool to kindergarten-aged children, I would highly recommend this set of animal alphabet puzzles! They are fun, engaging, and make learning fun!
If your child is competitive, you could time them and see how fast they can put the puzzles together, or race with a friend or sibling.
