No-Bake S’mores {Dairy Free Treat}
All this washi tape, bead stringing, rainbow playdough mixing crafting has us HUNGRY (goodness, just saying that made us hungry, are we right?!)! And if there’s one thing we love about summer, it’s s’mores! We’ve been eating them like CRAZY lately (they’re suitable as a breakfast food, right?) but we decided to add a little twist to them and made them without heat (or dairy!).
What we love about this no heat (and no dairy) version is that they are:
- More kid friendly for the younger ones (no heat = no burns).
- Easily portable (i.e. you can make or eat them anywhere and once you taste these you will want to eat these everywhere, or maybe that’s just us??).
- Super fast to make (which leaves you with more time to eat them- yes, please!).

What You’ll Need
- Graham crackers (we bought the Trader Joe’s brand).
- Marshmallows (again, we bought the Trader Joe’s brand).
- Chocolate chunks (we prefer this brand and are available here).
What to Do
Gather your ingredients.
Break your graham cracker in half (or not! we promise we won’t tell!).
Squish your marshmallow.
Press a good amount of chocolate chunks into your marshmallow.
Put your chocolate marshmallow goodness on top of one of your graham crackers.
Place your other graham cracker on top and press down.
