How does it work?
After placing your order, you will be sent everything you need to complete four paintings – perfect for the holiday season! It’s perfect for everyone from beginners to more advanced artists!
I was so impressed with the paintings my children completed and I want that same excitement for you! 🥰 They had a blast watching the videos and creating their art and are so excited to paint more!
What’s included in the kit?
The Good Tidings Kit includes everything you’ll need to create four beautiful Christmas-themed designs:
- Joy to the World
- O Little Town of Bethlehem
- Follow the Star
- Ewe Can Count on Us
Included in the kit:
- Three short-handled artist brushes (very well-made!)
- A rainbow of acrylic paints (full sized, too!)
- Four 11×14″ canvases (and not the thin kind – these were gorgeous and high quality)
- Cardboard easel (very sturdy!)
- Four disposable palettes (great for easy clean up!)
- Four disposable aprons (generously sized)
- Access to step-by-step video tutorials led by skilled artists (great audio, video, and encouraging instructors)
Everything included in the kit was very high quality – I was super impressed.

How do I watch the videos?
Immediately after your purchase, you will receive an email with a unique link to your video tutorial. You can play the tutorial on any internet connected device of your choice and is accessible for two years.
We watched the videos on a phone, tablet, and laptop and it worked well on all three!
If you’re watching the videos on your phone or tablet, this holder (it’s the one shown in our pictures) might be helpful!
The videos were about an hour in length.
But what if I don’t know anything about art or painting?
That’s okay! You will be taught everything you need to know – including blending, shading, color mixing, how to care for your brushes, and more!
Why we love the Painting to Gogh Good Tidings Kit
All my children loved watching the videos and working on their paintings. The kit is geared towards ages six and up and my girls, ages 6, 8, 11, and 14 all had a blast. Miss 11 and Miss 14 worked completely independently on their paintings, while Miss 6 and Miss 8 needed minimal assistance.
The videos were helpful and easy to follow and the artists were fun and engaging.
I love that this kit makes it easy to create artwork anywhere – perfect for busy families, those with little ones, or for those that simply want to paint in the comfort of their home.
It was so easy to pause the video or go back a bit in the event of needing to rewatch anything.

She spent about five hours on her painting.
Miss 8’s work of art:
She spent about five hours on her painting.
Miss 11’s work of art:
She spent about 1-2 hours on her painting.
Miss 14’s work of art:
She spent about 1-2 hours on her painting.
