Printing, Laminating, and Assembling the Merry Christmas Banner
Begin by printing out your Merry Christmas banner. Then, laminate and cut out the lights. Punch two holes in the top of each bulb and string your yarn through. Easy peasy!
Now it's time to hang your banner up!
