Highlights The Big Fun Kindergarten Workbook Review

Miss 5 started kindergarten this year and is really enjoying it. When Miss 8 was in kindergarten, we usually just jumped right into the lessons each morning but this year we’re trying something new and sometimes start off with our morning basket.
It’s a gentle transition to our school day and often results in less complaining from the younger ones about doing schoolwork. 🙂 We recently started using The Big Fun Kindergarten Workbook from Highlights (how did I not know Highlights sold workbooks and other neat items besides their monthly magazine – which we look forward to receiving each month, by the way!).
If you love Highlights, you will absolutely love this workbook! Miss 5 worked through page after page and was so excited about all the activities. With its adorable illustrations, fun and varied lessons, and colorful pages, you really can’t go wrong with The Big Fun Kindergarten Workbook. It’s a great book for car rides, after school or weekend work, or to use in a morning basket.
This workbook has a little bit of everything in it. Miss 5 and I are both really enjoying it. I have purchased many workbooks for the children in the past but this is by far my new favorite!
