If you’re a regular here at The Art Kit, you know we are big fans of playdough! Between the lemon playdough, space galaxy playdough, and the chocolate playdough, we manage to sneak in a few other crafts as well but even then, we often manage to sneak in some sort of clay material. If you love playdough as much as we do, you are going to love this one!
In the event you aren’t a playdough fan, this activity can easily be modified to use without playdough. Read on to see what fun we had!
Pumpkin Playdough Mats
Begin by making a batch of no-cook playdough (or purchase playdough here).
Once you’ve printed your playdough mats (more information on how to download those below), you’ll want to either laminate them or place them into sheet protectors.
You could also skip the playdough and use buttons or pom-poms instead. These would also be fun!
Save Money on Printing
If you’d like to save money on printing, I encourage you to check out HP Instant Ink. I’ve been using them for years and have saved SO MUCH money! It’s easy too – they know when your ink levels are running low and automatically send you new cartridges!
In fact, they gave me an exclusive unique link to share with you! You can try them out by clicking here and you’ll get one month free! Check out HP Instant Ink here.

We had so much fun with this activity! After using the sheets with playdough, we used dry erase markers and practiced writing out the numbers.
