With its easy-to-follow layout (each week is clearly labeled as well as each day), your child can easily open the book and start their lessons without your guidance.

The lessons for days 1-3 include words to write, with day 4's lesson being tracing over a Scripture verse.

Discussion questions are also included. For example, "Jesus shared several things about the role of the Holy Spirit in this verse. See how many you can discover!"

I loved how A Reason for Handwriting incorporated Bible verses in each lesson, as well as discussion questions.

The textbook also includes handwriting tips, such as, "The capital Y and M are always connected to the rest of the word. The boatstroke capital B is not. Can you name all the boatstroke capitals?"

In addition, several pages of border sheets are also included, which are to be used on day 5.

I recommend A Reason for Handwriting as a wonderful resource! Miss 7 and 10 enjoyed using it! It's a great way to work on not only your cursive handwriting skills but also Scripture verses.
