Popsicle Stick Christmas Tree Craft for Kids

What You’ll Need
- Mini popsicle sticks and regular-sized popsicle sticks
- Hot glue gun and hot glue gun sticks
- Paint
- Paintbrushes
- Glitter glue or regular glue
- Gems or buttons

What to Do
Begin by painting two standard-length popsicle sticks green, one mini popsicle stick brown, and one mini popsicle stick green.
Then, hot glue your popsicle sticks together to make a Christmas tree.
Attach a button or star to the top of the tree with hot glue.

We all had a blast making these cute Christmas trees from popsicle sticks!
The glitter glue and gems were a great addition but you could decorate the popsicle stick Christmas trees with anything that you have at home, such as:
- Bits of construction paper
- Buttons
- Scrap fabric
- Magazine cuttings
- Small pebbles or stones
- Tissue paper
- Stickers
You could also prep this craft ahead of time by gluing all the snowflakes together or even painting them ahead of time as well. This would make a great group project because it’s just so simple and fun.
