Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Wreath Base
Start by cutting out the center of the paper plate, leaving only the outer ring. This will be the base of your wreath.

Step 2: Color and Cut Out the Sunflowers
Using our free printable template (see link below), cut out different sunflowers. Color them in.
Step 3: Paint the Paper Plate
Paint the paper plate yellow.

Step 4: Attach the Sunflowers
Glue the sunflowers around the paper plate ring until it’s completely covered. You can layer sunflowers to make the wreath look fuller. You can also attach gems to the wreath.

Step 5: Add a Ribbon (Optional)
If you want to hang the wreath, punch a hole at the top of the paper plate and thread a piece of ribbon or yarn through it. Tie a knot to create a loop for hanging.
Ways to Customize Your Wreath
- Use different sized paper plates.
- Add glitter or sequins for extra sparkle.
- Hang with ribbon.

Why This Craft Is Great for Kids
