Looking for a fun fall activity to do with the kids? Check out this jumbo fall reading chart! We’ve included everything you need to create this cute fall tree. After you’ve read a book, write the title of it on a leaf and place it on your tree. At the end of the season, you can see all the books that were read that season!

What a fun way to record your reading for fall!

It’s perfect for preschoolers, kindergartners, and even older children. You could even laminate the pieces and then attach adhesive dots to the leaves to create a reusable reading chart that the kids can use year after year.
