With a squirmy baby at diaper changes, the wipe package seemed to be the only thing that entertained her long enough to keep her still enough to change her diaper or clothes.
And then she realized the wipes came OUT of the package. And then we entered the everything goes in the mouth stage.
This was when I realized we needed to incorporate some sort of reusable wipes to turn this favorite activity into a permanent baby toy/activity.
Read on to see how easy it is to create your own play silk baby activity.
What You’ll Need
Empty package of baby wipes (we use this one)
Playsilks or reusable cotton wipes
What to Do
Begin with a clean, dry empty wipe package.

Place your silks or reusable cotton wipes inside the wipe package, one at a time.
Give to your baby.
Enjoy!
Easy, right?! 🙂
Once your child gets a bit older, you could even ask them to pull out a certain colored silk for some fun color practice.
