How to Assemble Your Cipher Wheel Decoder

To assemble your disc, print, laminate, and cut out both discs.
Cut out the white boxes in the top disc.
Poke a hole in the middle of the disc and place the smaller disc on top of the larger one. Fasten them together with a brad. Or, instead of making a hole, place a hook and loop dot in between the layers to keep the two discs together.

How to Use the Cipher Wheel Decoder

Select the key you will be using (numbers 1 - 26).
Spin the disc so this number appears in the box.
Plain text is on the big (bottom) wheel; cipher text is on the smaller (top) disc.
To create a message, write down the letters that are directly below the plain text letters.
To decipher a message, write down the letters that are directly above the cipher text letters.
