Supplies you’ll need for this spring paper craft:
- Printer paper or cardstock (ideal)
- Watercolors, crayons, or tissue paper
- Popsicle sticks (optional)
- Yarn (optional)
- Scissors
- Glue
- Googly eyes
- Gems
How to make the tulips:
- Print out the tulip template and cut them out (we printed ours on cardstock for extra durability).
- Color and decorate each flower (we painted ours with watercolor paints and glued on gems).
- Attach the flowers and leaves to popsicle sticks to make cute puppets or string them on yarn to make a garland or to hang them from doorknobs or hooks.
- You could use an old shipping or cereal box to make a scene for the flowers and invite your child to put on a puppet show for you. Get creative and have fun!
