Supplies you may need
- Printer paper or cardstock (we used this cardstock)
- Scissors
- Twine <<<—- We love these as they have LOTS of fun colors! 🤩
- Glue stick
- Colored pencils or watercolor paints
How to Make a Mother’s Day Cone
- Print out the templates (link below).
- Color them in.
- Cut out along the black outer lines.
- Roll the shape into a cone.
- Using a glue stick, apply glue where indicated and glue it together.
- Attach a piece of yarn or twine at the top.
What to Put Inside the Paper Cone
- Place flowers inside (or make tissue paper flowers). Or, seed packets so Mom can grow her own!
- Tuck some small treats inside (these would be fun and very delicious – trust me, I know 😉 – simply take them out of the main package – they are wrapped individually).
- For the tea lover, you could put a few tea bags inside. These are a personal favorite.
- Jewelry would even be a fun addition! These would be perfect to add with a bit of tissue paper on top! These are gorgeous!
- Why just pick one? Make a few paper cones and fill them with tea, flowers, and treats!
