If you love Oreo cookies and ice cream, you will LOVE this recipe! Read on to see how we made these delicious treats. 🙂
What You’ll Need
- Oreo cookies
- Ice cream (we used a dairy free Ben and Jerry’s)
What to Do
We started by twisting the Oreo apart and scraping the filling out but then we realized the filling would only add to the tastiness of the ice cream sandwich, so we decided to keep the filling and add the ice cream on top. 🙂
Here’s how we made them (the second go-around – with filling). 😉 First, gather your Oreo cookies and twist them apart.
Scoop a spoonful of ice cream onto one side of your Oreo.
Put your Oreo cookies back together, making your Oreo ice cream sandwich.
Enjoy eating your Oreo ice cream sandwich while you make another. 😉
That’s it! Easy, right? And so delicious! What is your favorite ice cream flavor? Let us know in the comment section below. We love Ben and Jerry’s non-dairy line of ice cream – the taste is AMAZING!! Coconut seven-layer bar is currently on the top of our list but we love trying out new flavors when we see them at the store.
