What You’ll Need
- Princess playdough mats (link below)
- Play Doh (store bought) or homemade playdough
- Gems or beads
- Laminator
- Laminating sheets
- Or, instead of a laminator, you can use sheet protectors
- 3 ring binder to store the printables (if you placed them in sheet protectors) or folders to store the printables if you laminated them

Sometimes we laminate our playdough mats and sometimes we slip them into sheet protectors and tuck them in a 3-ring binder. Laminating is a bit more durable but if your little ones aren’t too rambunctious with their playdough mats, sheet protectors should work just fine.

Princess Playdough Mats Playtime
We set out our princess playdough mats out along with some playdough and the children started rolling and shaping their playdough as they exclaimed this was the best day ever!
Before long, they asked for gems to decorate their princesses. Of course, how could I leave out such a vital supply in our princess playdough mat decorating! 🙂
You could also use these sheets with dry erase markers, crayons, or colored pencils. We’ve used all of these in the past and the kids have had a blast with them all.
