How to Use These Christmas Tree Playdough Mats

  1. Print out the sheets, laminate them, or slip them into sheet protectors.
  2. Encourage your child to place the appropriate number of playdough balls, pom poms, gems, or stones on the grid or on the tree.
  3. You could also make a playdough snake and use it to fill in the number on each card.
  4. Or, use dry erase markers on the cards instead of playdough.

To round the corners as we did, we recommend this corner punch. It was such a great investment and is used all the time! It works great on everything from printer paper and cardstock to laminated paper. It really takes the printables to the next level! Also, it’s nice not to have to worry about getting poked with those sharp corners.
