Supplies you may need
- Printer paper or cardstock (we used this cardstock to print the cards)
- Scissors
- Colored pencils
How to Prepare the Bird Charade Cards
- Print out the pages (link below).
- Cut out along the black outer lines of the charade cards.
- Put the cards in a bag or upside down in a stack.
How to Play Bird Charades for Kids
Option 1 – Charades (Act it)
- Pick a team to go first, that team will pick a player (the actor) from their team to go first.
- When you say “GO” that player will pick a card and act out the word to their team – no speaking, no props, and no pointing at objects in the room.
Option 2 – Charades (Draw it)
- Pick a team to go first, that team will pick a player (the drawer) from their team to go first.
- When you say “GO” that player will pick a card and draw out the word to their team – only drawing, no writing words, no speaking, and no pointing at objects in the room.
